All cadets must observe the college rules both in letter and spirit within the college as well
as outside. Violation of the rules may render a cadet liable to punitive action even to the extent
of withdrawal. Cadets are therefore advised to:
Conduct themselves with dignity and honour.
Be respectful and courteous towards teachers, staff, fellow students and visitors.
Accept responsibility willingly with sense of duty and purpose.
Follow the College routine and orders issued from time to time.
No visitors are allowed to see cadets in Academic Block except with the permission of the Principal/ Vice Principal in exceptional circumstances.
Cadets are not allowed to go out of college premises except as per routine laid down for the purpose.
Formation of any students/teachers union is prohibited.
The Cadets are not allowed to keep the following items in the College campus:
Mobile Phones, Video Games, Laptop (Personal Computer), Wireless, T.V. sets, Cameras, and Electric Kettles, etc.
Unauthorized medicines/ drugs.
Money and valuables.
Weapons of any kind (including knives and blades).
Cigarettes, narcotics, in any form (Betal leaves e.g. Gutka, etc.)
Match Box, burners and heaters, etc.
Undesirable printed material and software.
Explosive/ combustible material.
Any prohibited item confiscated will not be returned to cadets/ parents/ guardians.
NOTE: If mobile phone is recovered from a cadet, a fine of Rs. 2,000/- will be imposed and
letter of warning issued to cadet by House master. On second fine of Rs.5,000/- will be imposed
and letter of warning will be issued by Admin Officer. On third offence, Rs. 7,000/-will be
imposed and final letter of warning will be issued by Principal.
A Cadet can be expelled from the college if he commits any of the following acts the
decision of the College authority shall be final and irrevocable:
If a cadet misbehaves with the teachers/ instructors.
If a cadet uses abusive language against the staff or cadets.
If a cadet is involved in harassing juniors, grave misconduct outside the college campus.
If a cadet quarrels or fights with the staff members and fellow cadets.
If a cadet indulges in any immoral act.
If a cadet damages college property.
If a cadet is continuously absent for a period of Fifteen (15) days without any information.
If a cadet is found possessing firearms or narcotics/ drugs.
If a cadet is found cheating, betting/ gambling, stealing or bunking.
If a cadet is found doing gross violation of college rules/ regulations.
If a cadet is involved in activities which cause dissatisfaction or discontent among others.
If a cadet is found as the habitual of smoking or using drugs or intoxicants.
If a cadet is unpunctual and untidy.
If a cadet displays poor performance in his academics
If a cadet expresses by words or deeds disrespect for the college, its property or rules/ regulations.
If a cadet does not follow the college routine.
If a cadet becomes medically unfit to follow the college routine.
If a cadet is involved in any agitation.
If a cadet indulges in activities prejudicial and detrimental to good order and discipline
If a cadet adopts unfair means in an examination.
Any other act which the Principal or the Disciplinary Committee, Academic Council or College Council considers breach of discipline.
NOTE: THE DECISION TAKEN BY THE PRINCIPAL IN DISCIPLINARY CASES IS
FINAL AND CAN NOT BE CHALLENGED.
All possible measures for the security and safety of all the cadets are taken at the campus
during their stay. However, the College shall not be responsible for any kind of accidents/
mishaps causing any physical harm, injury or death.
JOURNEY TO COLLEGE/ HOME
The parents/ guardians will be responsible to arrange safe journey for their sons/wards for
traveling from college to home and back to the college on weekends/breaks/ holidays. The
college may, however, arrange journey of the cadets by Railway/ Road/ or Air in groups,
where possible on behalf of the parents/ guardians.
